At Real Broking, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our clients. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a return or refund. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are granted for our QR Code Billboards, Legal Opinion Documents, and Agent Services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1.1 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Due to the customised nature of our QR Code Billboards, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed and customisation has begun.

1.2 Undelivered Items: If the QR Code Billboard is not delivered within 30 days from the date of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. To claim a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@realbroking.com with your order details.

1.3 Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not responsible for any undelivered items due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the client. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

1.4 Refund Process: Refunds for undelivered items will be processed and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2.1 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Legal Opinion Documents are provided in a digital format and are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature. Once the document has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund.

2.2 Refund Process: In exceptional cases where a refund is granted, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3.1 Dispute Resolution:Clients should initially attempt to resolve any disputes directly with the agent. Real Broking encourages open communication and resolution between clients and agents.

3.2 Real Broking Intervention:If clients are unable to settle disputes with the agent, Real Broking will intervene and mediate the situation. We will review the case and determine if a refund is warranted based on the following conditions:

  • The agent failed to meet the agreed-upon milestones on time.
  • The agent did not deliver the promised services.
  • The agent violated the platform's terms and conditions.

Refund Eligibility:In cases where Real Broking finds that the agent did not fulfill their obligations as per the agreement, we will issue a full refund to the client.

Refund Process:Refunds for agent services will be processed and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4.1 Refund Method:All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
